The Container store probably has the solution to whatever home organization issue you're facing. Whether it's a shoe rack or plastic bins to organize the pantry - they have it all. The store is neat and well organized. The staff are very helpful when an item is not on the shelf, and offered to order it online and let us know when the item would be back in stock. My only complaint is the prices are high, and you are essentially forced into their loyalty program to get any sort of relief on the prices. If you can find things elsewhere, they tend to be a couple dollars cheaper. We use this store when we can't find what we're looking for elsewhere - they'll usually have it, but at a premium.

As a super ocd person who loves organizing I was a bit disappointed. The prices are very high. The “isles” are very narrow and not more than one/ two people can be in a isle. You cannot even pass the person you have to go around. There is more than enough room in the back of the store to space out isles. I feel like Amazon has better options.

They carry all sorts of storage containers, but if you want something for display, try Michael s, they have more options for objects and trophies
This is a weird store. They have great solutions for our day-to-day routines, but when it comes to customer service solutions... Glitches! The one you're with don't know, they have to go ask around, 20+ minutes later, with no solution whatsoever, shows up, and refers you elsewhere, website.... Phone. Its best to get it online, if you don't like it, just return it!
It may depend on the item ... most items are available online for delivery. If it's for Elfa closets or custom work that needs measuring and installation you probably need to speak with them
