My family & I visited Drafts on Sept 24th around 2-3 to enjoy some college football & a late lunch. We were initially served by Mark, who is an absolute rock-star. However a shift change occured & we were transferred to another server, a bald Hispanic/Latino who apparently was having a bad day. For over an hour, he didn't check in with us or offer drink/beer refills/more food. We had an additional 6 people coming to join our party of 5 & were planning to stay for another ballgame, however this server's attitude & poor service lead us to taking our business elsewhere. As a Westgate owner, I expected more & believe management should be aware.

Friendly atmosphere and the food is very pricey. I have never in my life paid $20 for a simple steak and cheese with some steak fries that wasn't good.

Very slow service during lunch for there to be a small amount of customers around. Food was great.

We are guests at the hotel, not that it makes any difference, but we got seated and waited for over 10 minutes with no server, no drinks, and no greeting by anyone. We had our menus only! Another guest gets there and sits behind us, and a server goes and attends to them after we have been waiting for so long. When we finally got up and left, the server standing around told me to have a goodnight like are you serious. Horrible customer service! Unfortunately, even though it’s convenient, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!
