Nice location. Food it’s ok. Our Waitress was disappointing. The bathrooms need attention.. We love WOB we used to go all the time to the one in Tampa. We move to Orlando and we went for the first time a couple of months ago, we seated outside in front of the lake, is a nice vibe and the food was good BUT I was disappointing on the service, my waitress was doing everything but checking on us. Today I went again for a second chance, the same waitress and she just didn’t care, I couldn’t get another drink because she never came to check on us, when she finally did, I was done with my food, I ask to another waitress for help, she didn’t care.

Excellent place and staff. Issues with an event and having to close and reopen checks twice. Better system is necessary,if some kind of accounting was the point. I suggest, using the time of day to segregate event income.

The view and the vibe really make up for how bad the food and service was. Came for lunch and ordered Chili nachos. Instead, we got chicken nachos which were warm like they were just sitting in the window because it came out faster than the drinks. Got two long islands and it didn’t even taste like there was alcohol in there. Asked the server for the check and instead of just grabbing it, we see her cleaning every single table that left after we asked for the check. Took about 10 minutes for her to drop it after that. Probably the worst service I had in a long time. It was my second time being here and can't say I'll be back. I'll find somewhere else by the lake.
