Apartment complex. I didn't like it very much. Unfortunately, I live on the main street. Annoyance literally. I stayed there for a month.

So far the experience has not been the best. I have called the Complex multiple times with no answer and no call backs. I have also emailed them multiple times, inquiring about the Apartments and next steps, but no one has gotten back to me. If service in the office stays this way, I will not give them my business. Its sad because I actually like the complex but no one talks to you, even with the multiple attempts of me reaching out. It has once again been a bad experience working with the Team at Haven. One of the Managers has specifically threatened to cancel my application multiple times and is a shock as this is potential business for them, and they are treating me very unfairly. Sad to see this.

New management is fantastic! They are making major improvements on premises security. I’m pleased to hear about their initiatives integrating property access systems. The staff is very pleasant and approachable. The communication to residents regarding general property awareness as well as regular status reports with problem resolution progress is very appreciated. I’m am very happy to be here!

Lived here from September 2019 until September 2020. If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars, I DEFINITELY would... From the ant and roach infestation during our first month living at this dump, to the break-in of 29 cars during our 3rd month, there is no relaxing here. The building is indeed surrounded by homeless people sleeping at the bus stop and nighttime looters waiting to steal a piece of gum from your automobile. There is also constant loud music / pot smoking inside the building as well. I would argue the building's greatest deficiency is the inept and lying management that has never heard of honesty. Let it be on record, I always paid my rent on time, l left the apartment in considerably better condition than I received it, and I never caused any type of issues there, yet they decided to add hundred of dollars in "move out fees" that were not included on the lease agreement nor were never communicated before the move-out date like any legitimate company would do. When I called the inept management to ask why I was being charged extra money, they started laughing and said it was a "standard" procedure for all apartment complexes. STAY AWAY from this dump, there are MUCH BETTER apartment buildings for $100-$200 cheaper in the city that could provide significantly better services in a much more professional manner than this junkyard. Wouldn't be surprised if management doesn't even read these reviews.
