In all my years of renting, I can truly say that Ms Anna was by far the best. Her customer service and communication skill were excellent. She got us approved very quickly and also all paperwork was completed a month prior to move in date. Thank you to all the staff. Ms Anna set the bar high.

All the “positive reviews” are from tenants wanting to stay somewhere that’s affordable - you get what you pay for, literally! this place is the absolute worst place to live in, in Houston, TX. If hoodrats and unprofessionalism were actual people…my upstairs neighbors and the ones behind me were constantly smoking loud and weed and god only knows what else! No respect at all for other tenants. I had to break my lease due to the foolishness and I had to go to the hospital due to complications from my neighbors smoking Loud constantly. Do not move here, unless you plan on being in the front office everyday ready to fight!

Yes! Actually our studio or what we call call “efficiency” units are very large for this type of unit. And if we don’t say so ourselves, they are some of th best efficiency floor plans around which makes them extremely livable. Come by and take a look!

This 1181 sq ft townhome is the only one available and offers full size washer and dryer connections, white appliances and large closets for $1292.00 per month.
