These people that added these last reviews lying through there teeth it's not safe yes police are on property sometimes and I have video footage of these same officers standing there as an situation escalated and didn't do anything management will violate your civil rights if u don't know it they did remodel but only because of Harvey and the health department when there is tenant causing issues it takes way to long to remove tenant from unit and causing more issues they show favoritism with tenants as well as develop personal relationships outside of property management

We don't do so ourselves. We're a small privately owned community and don't have the resources to pay rent for someone by housing them at our cost. However, there are lots of groups we work with that help residents with rent and placement. We can't suggest any specifically but there is a lot of rent help out there. And we work with most of them.

But in regards to evictions. Yes. We do accept them. We look at the full application and use things like rental history to determine what a deposit is going to be more so than a 'yes/no'. If you apply and are denied, we refund your app fee.
