Our office is open M-F, 9-5:30. if you call the onsite office # and they don't pick up you can call our main HQ @ 832-640-4444 Keep in mind the onsite manager may be with another prospect doing a showing. Or with another resident. Or at lunch. Or on another phone call. We keep detailed logs of the number of missed calls. Today there were just 3. Only one left a message (people can also text) and it was returned
