I would highly recommend the brand new apartment down the road with garages that cost the same. Within our first couple of days at this place a photo of my truck was plastered on the apartment app threatening to be towed at my expense but yet they failed to clearly explain the parking to us in the first place and my response on the app to this photo wasn’t even approved! The pool has been broke since we moved in around August even though they promised it would be available upon move in. & To top it off this month our rent just went up over $100 because of all these random fees they also FAILED to clarify. WHAT A LOVELY EXPERIENCE!

Love our new home! Fountain Hills is such a beautiful, quiet community, yet with SO MUCH going on. The Luna apartment community (formerly called Arrive) is within walking distance of Fountain Park, the Community Center and library where most of the action occurs. There are also lots of restaurants, stores and other conveniences close by. The residents at this community are very friendly. I love the way so many of them look out for each other. This is a pet-friendly community, so there are lots of furry friends, too! It's been neat having a Luna-specific communication platform to send messages to other residents and get announcements from the office. We are looking forward to getting to know more of them through the events planned for each month with Apartment Life. The amenities here are nice. Every apartment has an assigned covered parking space near our front door. We've enjoyed having a washer and dryer in our unit, rather than having to take our clothes to a laundry room or a facility off-site. There's plenty of equipment in the fitness room and you have access to it 24/7. The pool is great for cooling off from the heat and the view from the deck is spectacular--you can actually see the Fountain when it shoots up at the top of each hour! There's a kitchenette and space for events in the clubhouse lounge. And there's a dog run for furry residents. Valet Living trash service picks up our rubbish five days out of the week, so we don't have to take it to the dumpster. The office staff are so sweet and helpful--all very patient with us newcomers who have so many questions. The maintenance guys are hard-working and quick to respond to any issues we've had. The grounds and facilities are nicely maintained. The leasing prices are comparable to what we have seen elsewhere, but you get a lot more square footage than other properties we considered. I highly recommend this community!
