Would not recommend. My fur baby has had some stomach problems for a bit now. We arrived at the vet office early in the morning. The lady in the front just sat in her chair and didn’t pay us any mind when as we waited to check in. They claimed my 4 month old pup was aggressive and tried to muzzle her and when she would never hurt a fly. Mind you my pup is around a child with autism all of the time! When it came time to pay they treated me and my pup like we were a threat, telling the other patients and their owners to “stay in your rooms” over all we will not be back.

The care & compassion I was shown by the doctor & assistant during an emergency visit w/ unexpected diagnosis of my 13yr old best friend, Skipper, will not be forgotten. I am filled with an emptiness I cant express missing my 24/7 shadow, but doing what is best & letting go of a treasure in your life is necessary sometimes ....I'm thankful for Crab Orchard being there to help me with a final show of love for him.

There is a fee if you don't have an appointment on Saturdays. Not sure about through the week
They are not open Sundays or holidays. When you call you get a message to call the Beckley office on Dry Hill Rd. When you call them you get a message to call the Veterinarian that is on call and that vaterinarian will make arrangements to come out and meet you at the Beckley office.
