No parking was visiting litterly a Emily membered live out of the way to the front where the gate is I literally parked for maybe approximately 20 minutes next to you know my car was towed literally visitors parking all the way to the back and there’s never no parking

I don't give it 0 because there isn't. The place is nice but the security is lousy. They go to rob the Apartments, they steal the catalytic converters, the tires Hit the cars and you do not receive any type of response in the administration.

I was going to move to these apartments, they told me that they had one apartment available to bring a money order for $250, after a week they call in that there was a misunderstanding and that they no longer had the apartment available but don’t want to reimburse my $250. The lady at leasing office just said we deposited the money order and there is nothing we can do. Total scam they don’t know how hard someone works for there money, don’t rent here

Its almost impossible. There is a number but it doesn't go straight to Jaw Lake. You have to go through management, sadly.
Depends how long ago. If it's less than 7 yrs ago you will pay a bigger deposit or possibly be denied
My townhome one bedroom is about 770 but with utilities and trash and water is about 810-813 a month and you pay electricity seperate
