Although I am new to the community, the initial impression is great. Lindsay(manager) and George have been fantastic. George took me on a tour, of the actual apartment that was available and they have been welcoming and helpful the entire process. The community itself seems nice, kept up and quiet. Looking forward to living here.

I was a tenant for 3 years at Promenade Apartments. I would not move here, although the property says that they have camera's in the parking lot, they do not. My catalytic converter was stolen and my parking spot was right in front of the office. The company offered no assistance to me and my children, who were without transportation for three weeks, due to the National Back Order for parts. The total cost in damages was 4, 500.00 The Property Management has since decided to keep over 700 hundred dollars of my security deposit, due to three year old carpet that was not property installed and caused wrinkles that were considered a tripping hazard. There's also is no one monitoring the pool hours, and there's more often than not loud music the vulgarities and obscenities' in ear of shot of my children. This place is taking advantage of hardworking families that are struggling already with high prices. I wish I would have left sooner...

I previously wrote a thorough review, but this business suppressed it immediately as well. So here is a summary of my experience: 1. They never gave me a personal tour of the place due to covid restrictions. 2. I was forced to take a virtual tour and sign electronically. 3. The place is constantly infested with bugs. I even woke up to a lizard in the apartment. 4. The foundation is not properly sealed so my place flooded during the monsoon. 5. Every month the rates change. One month the cost of a one bedroom apartment may be $1300 and the next month it may be as high as $1756. They will charge you 4 months rent if you attempt to break the lease. 6. The water lines are always breaking causing the property to flood. 7. The Central Air Conditioning was broken in my unit for over one month and they did not offer me a discount from my rent..8. 8. 8. They will tell you that they are only offering 12 month leases even though your previous lease was a 3 month term. 9. MEANWHILE, several of your neighbors attested that they were offered numerous leasing terms to choose from9. 10. They intentionally remove negative reviews from their site as this is the fourth time I am rewriting a review!

Me & my friend went to tour here, they had a sign on the door “sorry were out touring we will be back shortly” so we waited along with another guest who was waiting in his car, 5-10 min later a blonde comes out from the office with an attitude “can I help you???” And we say oh we’re just waiting because we want to tour, and she goes “well we are appointment only today” well maybe the sign on the door should reflect that and she also needs an attitude check because nobody will want to rent from someone who has a bad attitude. An apology would’ve been nice. We will stay far from here.
