Linda and Raymond both went above and beyond to help us get into a unit. They show great appreciation for military and their families. Also Carol is very polite and caring when we speak with her over the phone…(year update) -great place and location, maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues immediately. My biggest issue with the complex is that you can not use the amenities comfortably due to a mosquito infestation. There is sections of the complex were water sits stagnant for days and provides areas for mosquitoes to nest. (don’t get a first floor apartment!! you pay more for a bottom apartment, and you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor take all day long!!.. Very poorly built ceiling structure.)

Linda was very nice, and she took me on a tour of a two bedroom apartment, and even showed me, the new renovations of a one bedroom apartment. I loved the location of the Villas, with this being my first time visiting the area. The amenities were a plus, new renovations were beautiful, two pools, sauna, and especially their version of the peloton bike. I hope to make this my future home.

Well management sucks! I lived at the villas for 2 years.Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Raymond, the apartment manager did not feel the need to address our concerns. We had an issue with trash around our property, He told me if it was such a big deal, for me to pick it up myself… stay away from this place
