I lived here for 4 yrs with my teenager and young child. Was it a great place to live, no but it wasn't terrible. Maybe because I lived on the third floor and minded my own business. Maintenance issues were never a problem with me, they seemed attentive when I lived there. My youngest had some issues with some slightly older kids but he also made some great friends while there and made a few good mom friends there as well. But there were also some teenagers that caused alot of problems which I know at least one led to the family being evicted. It's a low income apartment complex, I didn't expect luxury, I didn't expect to have the best neighbors. You get what you pay for but it's better then living in the ghetto in my opinion.

The rents have been going up twice a year, not affordable housing... The mgr from the past few years doesn't put any money back into the property so the landscaping is being destroyed one child at a time. We have several broken irrigators so there's water 1"+ deep in water around the basketball court and other spots as well. I call them in but nothing ever gets changed... Save your money and go to another pretty apt that's on the Affordable Housing list.
