Church's Chicken is not how they used to be I paid for a 12 piece spicy dinner with mixed chicken and they gave me 12 piece leg and thigh regular chicken no Fork with my coleslaw fries kind of birth just saying they never asked me if I wanted anything replaced or substitute or did I just not want the order they just took my money and gave me what they wanted I am so disappointed in Church's Chicken I don't believe I'm going back and that used to be my favorite chicken place there's no way on here for me to be able to get my money back so all I can do is tell you all about the review about it it's Church Chicken right here at North Grand I'm not happy

Pathetic…ordered from this place only to pick up my order and be told they didn’t have white meat…this location is notorious for shady lazy habits. I want to know how they’re always out of white meat…I asked to sub chicken strips instead and they told me it would cost extra. I understand why churches is closing a store every year.

The cashier sold me some old chicken Like fried at 12:00 pm and sold to me at 4 pm. The Supervisor called and offered me a free meal
