Terrible store manager gave me cold chicken after I asked for fresh cooked food 3 times, also refused to give me a refund and would not give me a supervisor number. They do not care about there customers at this location, they lied to me about my food being fresh and also treated me like I did something wrong when I had a complaint. I need answers from somebody in management because this is unacceptable. I used to love church’a chicken but that experience I had today makes me hate them.

We got a dinner that was said it would feed 4 we then got a small thing of potattos and 1 thing of corn on the cob that does not even barely feed 1

Churches is always good and the food is always hot but sometimes they run out of stuff when I went they only had legs and Thighs no wings no breast I'm a wing lover but the food was good and hot tho they only had Legs and Thighs

It took me 45 min waiting in line after ordering on phone app, only to be treated rudely by a female manager just for asking a question. I was not given a receipt until Miss Rude asked me for one. Come on people nothing is that good. I wouldn't have waited, but I had paid for my order.
