They have some good chicken but they have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! If you call to place an order, (the online order option is NEVER on), they don't give you a chance to say anything. The only thing they say is "we're only taking orders via phone for 50 pieces & over" then they hang up! Mind you I drove a distance to order then had to wait dang near 2hrs for a 12 piece chicken! Whew Chile! I used to overlook their horrible customer service due to the food being good but I can't any longer! Mack needs to understand that without customers there will be no Mack's Chicken! It should not be hard to be nice to people who help keep your business going! JUST PITIFUL & DISGUSTING!

I love trying new places to dine and was told about Macks Chicken. Well today I decided to give them a try. I called about items that were being avertised in the menu we saw online. I don't know who the gentleman was that answered but he spoke like he was foreign. He proceeded to immediately snap back about the ad being false directly after I inquired about it, then after about a two min exchange of going back & fourth with me about the ad wich I tried to explain I was only asking about, he hung up the phone in my face. How very unprofessional, rude & insulting. I will be sure to blog about this establishment when I return home and warn all of my colleagues to avoid this establishment by any & all means. If this is how they welcome treat new customers, they can keep it!!! ( wish I can remove the one star I gave, they deserve none!)

First timer! I've been referred by so many people to eat here! Food was great! Worth the drive! The fresh bread was great and I was advised that it would be best enjoyed while in the car while it's hot 🔥! Lol Great service!

Fire Chicken and Fry Basket! This was our first time here, hadn't heard anything about this place prior to this visit. The sign caught my attention. Walk in, short wait to order food. I was advised that the 6pc Memphis Wing basket would take about 18mins to prepare. I ordered (2) 3pc dark meals, chicken n waffles and a side of mashed potatoes. Hunny... WEEELLLLLLL worth the 10min wait and I'm glad I stopped! Chicken is seasoned perfectly by blessed and anointed hands. Fries were so good. But the waffles! Fresh batter. The eggs... cooked with butter and was just so good! Side of mash... FIRE! I couldn't stop eating even tho I was full. This is our new spot. Everything you see here was $25.
