Things are getting better with the new Radiance leadership.

Very bad administration and the maintenance is lousy, they take a long time to repair any nonsense. It is difficult for them to attend to your concern. The rent goes up every month more and they don't know how to give you an explanation of why monthly and the apartments are old.🥵

Would never live here again. The management switches way too much, no one knows what's going on, and can't give any answers. Called for pest control to come and they never knocked but claimed there were loose dogs (we specifically said to let us know so we could put them away). Supposed to have sprayed these nasty balconies and never did. It's been over a month since they said parking permits were gonna be given out and they haven't. Doing cosmetic work around the complex but can't do anything for the people actually living here. So many bugs and not enough being done

Good morning Timber Walk Apartments, this issue regarding the hot boiling water being unable to get fixed in a little over a month has become a ridiculous. Your first claim of Center Point being the issue of this not being able to get fixed was a false statement as I have reached out to resources and no one was able to back up this claim. You then inform multiple residents that this issue has yet to be fixed with second-party workers looking at the tubes connected to the boiler. Yet it has now been a little over a month and we still have been unable to receive hot water, the water now has got to the point where it has become extremely cold and conditions of being able to shower are now unavailable to many residents. You are very lucky to be in the presence of an educated person regarding Texas Law, therefore, under Texas Law regarding apartment complexes or also known as landlords have seven days for material and labor to get fixed. The second law regarding to renters' rights is that if the landlord won’t make the repairs necessary to protect your health or safety, they must deduct the cost of the repairs from your rent. You have not yet attempted to do so, which leads to my next Texas Law which states that anything more than “Two Days” can be interpreted as a hazard to the tenant's health (most can be found under section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act). Sadly, I have to send this email to you and give you an extra seven-day notice to fix this issue until I can file a class action lawsuit for the hazardous conditions you have put me through. Following these seven days, not only will I file a class action lawsuit but as well as get outside resources such as media coverage and continue to file complaints with The Health Department, City of Houston, etc.

Yes it should be open during office hrs. Just like our entry gates...they never get fixed!
The smallest one bedroom is about 735 right now I'm living in that one with my partner and it's a good size for us both
