I always go to Carls Jr after work for a strawberry shake. I was disappointed tonight, shake was too watery and I asked the guy why it’s too watery and he said it’s supposed to be like that. I told him I always get my shakes thick and he replies that this is the first time he saw me at the store. What a very unprofessional reply. I’ll stop coming to this store and just go to McDonald instead. Time I came on the drive tru was between 9:00 and 9:15 pm. Hope this guys get retraining
