Very unprofessional, I called requesting to speak to a banker, the receptionist, yelled across the room with me on the phone do any of you know a "My name" and then tells me know one knows you.. Not only was this unprofessional, but also where is the confidentiality? She kept telling me I can go online to take care of what I was needing , I'm sorry, I understand I can go online, but I requested to speak to a banker... Needless to say, I was not helped and ended up hanging up the phone. I have been banking with WF for many years and I am really just in unbelief right now.

Bad service. Tellers don't even greet when you show. Tellers have ear pods on where they are on the phone or listening to music. I talked to the branch manager already on this issue and nothing is being done. Went there this morning and there was two tellers there. Both counting money and no other customer there. My deposit just sat there until I got frustrated and requested it back. Not the first time this has happened. I guess it's time to move my business account and personal accounts somewhere else.

BEST customer service I've ever received!! If you are to set up a bank account or do anything with Woodforest, this is the branch to go to. Absolutely 10/10 recommend them!!!!
