I see the complaint about putting a employer check on hold.. that is normal for any bank. Even me when I first started. Then I seen a complaint about someone going to the back while on their phone, you are assuming it was a personal call and you have no clue, not all of them are tellers. They do an awesome job

Leslie and Mofid were amazing, extremely honest, friendly very professional. the services were great and everything was explained well. Went in to deposit a check that wasn’t mine but for the company I work for. After being told by the teller it was going to be place on a hold I called my boss to let her know. She told me to ask for the check back. The teller rolled her eyes and said “oh my god” clearly annoyed that she had to cancel de deposit.
