When you came back, neither the part I suggested, nor the part you intended to purchase the first time were correct. You had something odd and ended up using your same crushed roller but with our end caps on it. You also begged the owner for a discount, which he gave you. Had to make 2 trips. They told me, don't buy the part that I thought was correct. Got home their suggestions didn't work. Had to drive there a 2nd time. Definitely not a "DISCOUNT RETAILER".

I've taken a trailer there some years ago no problem at all don't know about now but I was there a few days ago was a problem but cannot be solved so I went elsewhere I solved it
It depends on how it is used if it's used in freshwater or saltwater .
