I recently joined this gym and have been very pleased with my experience so far. This gym has everything one wants in a gym...classes, personal training, treadmills, bikes, free weights and a clean facility! Cheryl and Melissa are wonderful to work with and are usually there if you have any questions. It has been a while since I've been to a gym and it feels good to get back into it. This is definitely a great place to work out!

as someone who has traditionally avoided a gym, I love going to MFit. The staff is great. Friendly and most importantly, helpful with learning how to use the equipment etc. It is very clean, bright, open and inviting. So happy I joined.

Hi Bill! Yes, we do participate in the Silver Sneakers Program. You need to bring us your 16 digit code and we will enter your into our system. We start as low as $25 and go up to $45 depending on what type of membership and your age. Students are only $33 and seniors are $25!
