Michael is a great trainer. I was concerned about aggravating old injuries and hadn’t been in a gym since my knee replacement just before covid. After talking to him about my issues and him doing an in depth evaluation of my abilities Michael gave me a workout program that really worked. After three months I’m a lot stronger and happy to say that none of my old injuries hurt. If you’re looking for someone that will take the time to actually train you without overdoing it then he’s your guy!
