The experience with you has not been very bad since your driver misdelivered my package and your response has been that they only pay me the shipping insurance, and it is not about that, it is about recovering my document and sending it to me. send them, but they just say that the investigation is closed... and they don't do anything else. They haven't bothered to call.

Walked in there today and I started to use the kiosk and filled in the entire application for shipping then an error occurred on the computer and it prompted me to se an associate. The associate pretty much told me to come back some other time and didn’t offer me any solution. I asked if they could handle the shipment for me only to be blown off, the computer does everything we can’t help you with anything. while I was doing the online form prior an other individual behind me got the service I was just denied to get . So they are selective on who they will help. I wasted 20 minutes there and didn’t feel welcomed for my business and was treated like I was a burden. The lady didn’t even make eye contact with me and was rude. I feel as though she didn’t even want to be there and I wish I had gotten a better associate. I am NOT going here again. What a shame as I would of brought a lot of business!
