I came into their store to port over from Verizon and I had the worst experience I've ever had the phone I wanted they said they had it in stock so I went ahead with the port after finishing the port they went to get the phone and came back and said that they didn't have it so they had not many choices of phones and the best one they had was galaxy a13 so I got stuck with a phone I don't want i wouldn't prefer This company at all are this store by far run away from Thai place

I've been with Metro PCS since I had my first cell phone except for briefly being an unsatisfied Cricket customer. Metro by T mobile provides excellent coverage and good quality phones and a fixed price for monthly service. No surprises. I visited the Boiling Springs store once and ended up talking and laughing with both the staff and customers while in line. My cousin drove me there and was also pleased with the customer service and liked the phone I bought. She ended up switching to Metro. Don't ever go with the big name providers who charge outrageous prices and make you sign a contract. Even if you qualify for affordable connectivity, I still recommend sticking with Metro and accepting the discount. You won't be disappointed!

Yes just depends on the phone. Best bet would be on 101 at the barnyard flea market. Have a great day
Come in and ask to speak with Torrie or Maria!
Yes, MetroPCS has an app which allows to pay your monthly bill over the Internet through your phone. You can also pay your bill at the store (although a convenience fee is charged if I'm not mistaken), through the MetroPCS' website on the Internet and over the phone by calling their 1-800 number.
Yes
I used to work at metro pcs. They are not trained to unlock phones through previous carriers or from google locks. However, they will be able to use ANY UNLOCKED phone and try to give you the best for your budget.
It is possible you may have some apps on the phone that are messing with the status of battery. J would recommend uninstalling cleaner apps or apps that will make the phone work better. These apps actually cause viruses and pop ups on the phone which can hinder the performace ans battery life. However, it could be a battery issue. You can buy these online from ebay. Metro pcs does not carry phone batteries. If the new battery does not work and the phone is in "like new" condition you can do a warranty on the phone that will take 7 to 8 business days for a new phone to arrive. The employees will be able to use the tmobile transfer app to transfer photos, contacts, etc. The last options is an upgrade. You will pay ,typically, promotional price plus 10 to 15 to activate the phone. The phone activation fee is standard when starting or turning on any device in the store.
