Helpful. Visited early when it was not busy. Appointments probably best during peak times. Hats off to the employees for their patients with their customers. You can do most Verizon stuff online and via phone but it is encouraging to know that there is still excellent staff at the local brick and mortar store. 👍👍For the manager.

Excellent experience. I was helped by the manager Jason. I had an issue getting a new tablet activated and although normally it's an easy 5 minute thing, it took a while. It was not anyone's fault it just was an error that needed to be figured out on the other end when activation was called in. I actually enjoyed my extra time in the store anyways just talking to Jason while we were working out the issue. He was very helpful and friendly. Will certainly drive the 45 minutes to go to this store from now on when I need anything.

You might want to just call the store. Not sure how often they check their Google Maps account.
Make a appointment on verizon website for the store you want to visit.
Zagg. And register immediately after you buy it and keep receipt. Mine is cracked and they wont replace it.
You should ask Verizon not another guide.
