Terra was incredible with me today. I am old school and have a hard time with computers and cell phones. I touched a button on my phone. My phone continued to talk to me out loud and would not be quiet. I took my phone to the cricket wireless in Commerce Georgia. Terra resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. I want to give her a shout out. Thank you for having such a great employee.

Tara is the very BEST rep I have come across. Due to "pink" cell company ripping us off we have decided to go "GREEN" she IS awesome at her job and her customer service is the best around. I cannot shout enough accolades for her. She took a very frustrated customer "me" and absolutely has had the very best interest for me. I've seen where this location had previously received unfavorable reviews. I was skeptical to come here but so glad I did. If you go to Commerce location ask for Tara !!

Questions & Answers

Why is it you need to stop by this location to speak with someone and the store is not open at 11:40. This isn’t the 1st time the employees need to be more professional sleeping in is not a logic excuse.

This store is not safe. Directly above the entrance by their sign is a wasp nest they refuse to do anything about.

I accidently locked my phone, and it will only allow me to make emergency calls. It is saying, "Sim Card is now disabled. Enter PUK Code to continue. You have 10 attempts before SIM Card becomes permanently disabled. PLEASE HELP!!

Yes, also their phone could be in airplane mode or sometimes cricket will go offline.
