As per my appointment at Asheville ENT, for evaluation for cochlear implant surgery, all my questions were answered and the staff was totally friendly. The audiologist gave me the most inclusive ear eval I've ever had. As a long term hearing loss patient, this was most important. I highly recommend this practice.

Went to see Dr. Lane on Monday because of congestion in my sinuses. The office gives patients an iPad to complete the paper. Hardly took any time. Staff was very friendly, wait was nearly nonexistent. Dr. Lane is a friendly guy who figured out my problem within a few minutes. All in all, a very nice experience.
