I am extremely disappointed with this location my mother has been waiting on them to fix an order that was originally written wrong by the doctor for more than two weeks. My mother has not been able to breathe right in that time. Without this order being written correctly she cannot get the care provided to her that she needs. If a patient cannot count on their doctor and the doctors office to do things in a timely manner then why keep them. My mother is disabled she relies heavily on the doctors doing what they say. I understand this time is difficult for everyone given the circumstances. But if they cannot provide the care they claim to be able to provide then what is left to do?

I've tried several doctor offices in Asheville and this is the only one that has been a nightmare in anyway. No issues at all so far.

Sat on hold for an hour because they forgot to send me the telehealth link AGAIN and they didn’t answer of course. I’ve been waiting a month for this appointment. I drove down to the office after waiting for so long and the doors are locked. They were supposed to open an hour and a half ago. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t answer their phones and don’t know how to provide properly for their patients.
