Great place for swimming and more but as hot as it is let's just focus on the wonderful swimming pool, plenty of life guards & snack machines ππ₯½

Firstly I want to say Iβm a biological female. When I went to work out there I was told to leave the womanβs locker room because there were βgirls changing clothesβ. Never been so humiliated in my life. DO NOT COME HERE.

Very nice midsize YMCA. Over a couple dozen new or very well maintained cardio machines in the cardio room. Fitness equipment and free weights and different area, all of which are in good shape. No platforms, but does have a nice area for stretching and other activities. Also has a separate room for circuit training. A couple studios upstairs along with a sauna outside. Nice pool area and locker rooms. Has a couple game areas for kids as well.

Wonderful facility! Friendly staff and courts, pool, and equipment for so many activities, I love going there daily to exercise! Highly recommended.

You can purchase a day pass at the front desk by going to the YMCA of your choice, most will accept cash or credit card.
The other contributor is correct. You can call the Y and ask, thier staff is always friendly, accomodating, and will deliver you the best answer they can.
Yes
I recommend you open your membership in Bremerton. You can go to any YMCA in Kitsap County and maybe even Tacoma now yet the branch you open your membership at gets the funds when you click through plus the process is very smooth and Bremerton and they have a great staff. Help support a smaller YMCA that takes your money and improves its facility.. 360-337-3741
As far as I know this is not a manned service. I am only a volunteer who knows something about the YMCA.
Not that I know of. You're best bet is to just call and find out.
Call them....
From where Benita??
Sept 7th is when they are going to open. The reader board says. That still might change.
On Monday September 7th
Bremerton YMCA had vending machines by the locker room but you have to buy a pass to get pass the counter. Would recommend calling for more information.
It starts at 8pm ends at 10pm on Saturday night only. High school is Friday.
They have a swim rule board against swimming with open wounds and band-aids, aslong as it's not the big of a cut I think you'll be fine
Yes, you can, with a guest pass/day pass. Here is the information: Adult (18+ years): $10 if accompanied by a member | $15 without a member Youth: $5 if accompanied by a member | $10 without a member Family: $15 if accompanied by a member and for all families on Sundays | $25 without a member
It should be listed on the Bremerton Y website, you can use the phone icon on the google map page to call the Y to get the answer you seek.
You should be contacting YWCA instead of YMCA
I don't know. My husband bought my membership with the scholarship program. So my membership is free for me. He pays...
I believe sense it's not a holiday it should be open
No
I think it depends on which insurance it comes through. The Y is no longer supporting it, but they offered discounted memberships to those who lost out because of it. Depending on where you live, other gyms still support it. It comes with some of the Medicare Advantage Plans. It ought to come with ALL of them. It's invaluable to people with arthritis, especially. But check with it and see if you have it in the plan.
