Bremerton YMCA had vending machines by the locker room but you have to buy a pass to get pass the counter. Would recommend calling for more information.
No. There is no cafe or vending machines. Non-members can wait in the lobby area but not for extended periods of time. When I called I asked if 30 mins was ok and they said that would be fine. Usually, guests are encouraged to purchase a day pass, of course, because they want more money.
Use the phone icon on their page to give a ring and ask direct.
