This will be my 4 broken cooler in 3 months. I keep having issues first no hot water, 2nd leaked, 3rd was dirty not all parts. Now 4th I came home to a flood in my kitchen. My hardwood floors are ruined from it. They always delivered bottles with holes and it emptys out from tge cooler. It least 4xs in last 6 months. I was told I would be credited the bottle I lost from cooler leaking and I won't be charged service charges for having new coolers delivered. All were lies. Still no credits and I was charged a service charge for every delivery. I am still trying to cancel and get credit for the bottles I still have. I have been a loyal customer for over 20yrs!!!!! This is how they treat you. Go anywhere else. Theis company is not worth the headache or stress!!!!! I will be reporting them to bbb next if my issues and account are not resolved!!!!!

Tried for a month to get service set up. The route driver canceled multiple times to set up the dispenser. Today he said I could call the office and have him leave it at my front door? Really? No thanks. I called your company wanting to spend money but you couldn't make it. Plenty of other places in town.

The truck drivers are on time & accountable dropping off fresh water. Every 2 weeks of each 12 month’s a year on any day of that week during there 5 day work week. they are not in service on the weekends.

I’ve been using Tahoe Springs water company since about 11/2021 and they’ve always dropped my water when I needed it and I’ve never had to complain, I also like the Alkaline Water it tastes the best but that’s just me. Thanks for always keeping me hydrated. I would give them a 10 star if I could
