Everyone I've interacted with here, especially Dr Lorna Shanks, have been extraordinary. It's a very calm and welcoming environment with friendly and well educated staff.

Significant balance billing issues caused by them led to major overcharges and insurance denied claims. They are an in-network facility for Regence's Legacy hospital network insurance. First experience from my wife going in for her annual physical led to a referral and in-house blood draw. The referral was out-of-network, which my wife caught when she drove to the appointment at the referred facility (we cancelled). The in-house blood draw was sent to an out-of-network lab, over our objections. Her pap smear was also sent to an out-of-network provider over our objections. What should have been a $0 out-of-pocket for preventive labs for an annual physical is now a $400 balance-billing issue with 2 different out of network providers. We won't go back.

I really like this clinic. The environment is comfortable and friendly. I’ve received great care from Geneva Green. My only constructive feedback is when you call you have to leave a message and be proactive, the front desk could do a better job answering phones and getting back to you same day. But once you are there the medical staff does a good job.
