Four years ago my friend suggested a local studio she had heard about for Zumba. Little did I realize that Diva Den would soon change my life in a big way. It would become like a second home and the instructors, friends that I look forward to seeing week after week. We have sampled many great classes over the years, and believe me there has been MANY, but our weekly favorites are yoga, barre, Pilates, WERK, TurnUp, Zumba, and DPH. Aside from the classes, there have been great workshops (self defense, yoga and meditation), much appreciated on-site childcare, and a supportive and friendly staff. It is a welcoming and safe place for women to work on their minds and bodies. I recommend Diva Den to any woman who asks, and if you are reading this, first weeks free - push out of your comfort zone and you might find something really special.

I am new to Portland and I have been researching dance/fitness studios to join. I am delighted to have found this awesome studio! Their schedule offers a tremendous variety of classes. From fitness, dance, yoga, pole dancing, pilates. etc..there is something for everyone. I just had my first Barre Mixer class with Jody and it was AMAZING! With her warm and friendly personality, she immediately made me feel welcomed. She is a fabulous instructor with a gift for making working out engaging and fun!

This studio is fantastic. The classes are extremely high quality and the instructors they have are very good at what they do. Paid childcare Mon-Fri, & classes every day of the week. Great place to have fun while working out. Pole dance, sexy dance classes, fitness intensive classes, targeted fitness classes. All you really need 😍❤️ you also join a great community of women - there is something magical about being able to go to an all female gym - it’s relaxing, safe and positive. Great place to learn and get your workouts done.

Diva den has the most amazing instructors and atmosphere. It is my home away from home. I am able to go to one place and get a variety of workouts and choose the best one to meet my personal fitness goals. Love everything about this place!
