I had a great experience with my car purchase. My salesman Travis was awesome. Very easy going and not pushy. Before we even test drove the vehicle he took the time to take us through all the buttons and safety features. He was great throughout the whole process. No pressure and I had to leave and we finalized when I came back. Brian was very nice and easy to work with. Another successful transaction with Landmark Ford.

Dave Harder was my Sales Person, all in all the process was as you’d expect when buying a new vehicle, MY experience was quick and professional. I got the vehicle I wanted and Dave was a courteous and helpful part of the process. He did literally go the “extra mile” for me. I would give Landmark Ford and (Dave Harder ) first chance to sell me my next vehicle! Todd Cobb

I recently bought a Ford Explorer through Landmark Ford and after my experience there, I wouldn’t go to any other dealership! The sales team is so friendly and caring and helped relieve a lot of stress when purchasing a car. Just wanted to say that the service I received from Griffin was phenomenal. He helped with the long process of getting insurance and even provided lunch as my boyfriend and I waited. Since it was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I went in skeptical as all people do when they make a big purchase, but Griffin took his time to walk me through multiple options and was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the vehicle has to offer. They love putting people in their dream vehicles at Landmark Ford. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them. Thanks guys!

Most amazing experience buying a car! The crew at Landmark Ford went above and beyond to make it happen!! The team provided great customer service. They were very open and honest and upfront about everything. I never felt I was just a number, but actually a family member. I am so incredibly grateful to Ron, Jeff and Jennifer for helping me get into my dream car!! I will be a customer for life!

We do carry some touch up bottles in our parts department. You will want to get the paint code off the label on the inside of the door and give them that code as well as the year and model and they can get you the correct one. Hope that helps!
Yes it is available for a test drive
Hi Dennis, we have a couple that just showed up yesterday that are sold orders. You can look at those, but they are not available to drive. And we do have some more arriving throughout the next month.
I don't know all the sales people.
Hi Tony, The "The Works" page for your Fusion which includes the oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection and multi point inspection is $49.95. As for detailing there are a couple options. Here is a link to our detail page with the different packages. https://www.landmarkford.com/detail-department.htm
Yes the 2011 Fiesta can be flat towed at speeds under 70 mph. https://www.fleet.ford.com/towing-guides/
Nope not that problem but love Landmark Ford. They always seem to be honest and fair with me. Have used them for many years.
Some of the vehicles have airbags for the takata recall available now. If you call in to service and give them your vin number they will be able to tell you if it is available now or give you an eta.
Lendmark doesn't usually suggest chains for newer cars
Depends on the vehicle. For most newer models it is the same, however you may also need an air filter at the 30k. But that can be visually inspected and only replaced if needed.
$56.00 + 0.5hr labor is what it should cost.(plus diagnosis if needed) I'm a retired service tech and have referred many Ford owner to go to this dealership only to be disappointed with their experiences with them! Lack of caring and experienced people.
I couldn't tell you that but i can tell you to go somewhere else. What a run-around those people gave us over a set of keys. I asked them 3 times if they could program keys that we bought uncut and unprogrammed and they assured us they could for$120. We being in the van and they tell us it will be over$300 bucks and they can't cut the keys! We made them eat it and do the job for the original price and they got all pissy.
