Yes there is, but this isn't an official channel for contacting Oregon OSHA since this is a Google feature and is operated by them. You can report a hazardous working condition by contacing the enforcement office closest to where the hazard is happening. The office contact information is available at https://osha.oregon.gov/Pages/maps.aspx
