I called more than 2 weeks before I was moving to cancel and schedule pickup of the bottles and cooler. The representative said she scheduled my pick up for today 10/31. I waited for hours and then decided to call and spoke with another rep Andreas who said I was not on the schedule for pick up today and that he was sending a message to the local office to get someone to come out as I told him I am moving and will no longer have access to this apartment. I asked him to please have someone call me… NO CALL AND STILL NO PICKUP. I called back a few hours later and this 3rd rep said my account was locked out for non payment and no pickup or delivery could be scheduled. I asked for a supervisor. The rep said she was transferring me to a sup however, I was left on hold for 30 minutes no supervisor ever came to the line and I finally hung up. POOR POOR service. I don’t know if you all are sour that I cancelled because I moved or what. But just know I did my part and if your company tries to charge me for the cooler and bottles that you failed to pick up I will certainly fight this. Unprofessional and greedy is what Sparkletts is. I will never return as a customer.

My Driver is GREAT. He is personable and friendly. I have been with Sparkletts (Hinckley and Schmitts) for a couple decades. Obviously I've had great service or I would have left years ago.
