I am from Los Angeles, Ca and before Dr. Richards I went to 4 other consultations with other doctors and not one doctor and/or staff made me feel as comfortable as I did here. There was no consultation fee and he has plenty financing options for his amazing prices. All of his staff are friendly, funny and full of joy. The facility is clean, smells very good, the whole aesthetic is very calming. I went for a natural BA and I got exactly what I asked for, my results are beautiful (and I'm only 2 days PO) having the comfort to be able to call or come back if I need to gives me peace of mind. Yes, but it is not the preferred approach. Cutting around the nipple can increase risk of infection, capsular contracture, and nipple sensation loss. I typically recommend a small incision at the breast crease, approximately 3 cm.
