This office is on the “provider” list for my insurance. The only thing they have provided after completing their form twice over 2 weeks and leaving them 3 detailed voicemails is ignoring me. They don’t have a chat option or a person to answer calls to speak to you. I’m sure they don’t read reviews as they DON’T provide any service and they also won’t comment on this

I'd give zero stars if I could. It's impossible to get through to schedule an appointment by phone. They won't call you back. Going to the office in person to schedule an appointment I was told "You've got to schedule an appointment by phone. We can't schedule an appointment in the office." They know their reputation for not providing any reasonable phone appointment service and they seem to simply not care. What a disappointing joke

First time I go there my appointment was cancelled I catch the bus the d Dr called in sick at 8:00 am they open at 8:00am, second appointment asked me for a CT Scan in July I bring in a recent CT scan I don't hear from them for 2 weeks, I call them now they give me another appointment for November What the Hell??

It’s hard to make an appointment they just have an answering machine good luck making appointment and getting back at you.
