This is a follow up review and upgrade of my previous review for Drain Pro. Their manager reached out to me after my first disappointing experience. He wanted to make it right and offered to come out again to clear our foundation drains, and credit me the money I spent on my first service, in the second service.They sent two service trucks and techs, and located a collapsed drain in the front yard. We now know the problem. It will require much digging and new pipe. I applaud Zach at Drain Pro for caring about a customer! Overall a very disappointing experience. They came out to water jet clogged drain lines underground from the gutters.I was told they could locate the main drain into the front yard. That didn't happen. Neither did any drain get unclogged. A very unmotivated tech tried water down 3 drains...no luck. They didn't try to cable clean out or remedy in any way. Austin, the tech just said I needed to talk to the Salesman and maybe get a more powerful jetter out to try on my drains. 1 hour later and $220 less they were gone. No follow up from Drain Pro. I'm going elsewhere for a fix for my drains.

I had a problem with running out of hot water too quickly. A family member recommended Zack at Drain-Pro. They had to go through concrete slab but we’re spot on with the location and fixed the leaky pipe. They cleaned up the mess afterward and were very timely and polite. Zack was great with communicating throughout the whole process. I will use their services again if needed.

Little by little I had three drains completely clog. I shopped around for a good company and called Drain-Pro. Dillion had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 90minutes. A big sewer line the culprit. He made sure all my drains worked, cleaned up my tub with a cleanser, and wore a mask to keep me safe. The bill was reasonable and fair. Super experience. I’d call them again in a heart beat!

Last night we had a water emergency, as did our next door neighbors. We live in a single story 4-plex condo. Jacob from Drain-Pro came out and helped us. He was professional, courteous and competent. He was very clean and tidy, and followed all covid precautions. He got our problem, and our neighbors', under control, kept us informed every step of the way, and gave us info on what to do next. We were very happy with his service. He made sure everything was working properly and tested it before he left. Overall, it was a wonderful ending to a trying evening.
