Someone at the Puyallup store stole my package. I did a return to Amazon. Called Amazon after a week they said my abel was never scanned in. She gave a label for a different package going to an Amazon facility. Yesterday a guy called my phone asking for code to reset the toy. We asked him where he got it from. He said Offer-Up. Thinking to go file a complaint with ups. Big lesson. Keep your eyes on your package and check the tracking code BEFORE you leave. It was worth $600+ .I used to like this store.

This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to I showed up at 445 on a Saturday and they told me they were closed when they don’t close until 6p on Saturdays the workers at this store are just lazy and don’t want to do anything or be helpful at all. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them this is just the last straw so I decided to finally review them. I really hope corporate pays attention to reviews of this store. I’ve never had any kind of issues at any other stores. This location has time and time again closed before listed closing time opened later than normal listed opening time. I constantly get overcharged or get responses if I don’t know, to things as simple as asking if they had a product. And get a response of i don’t know we’ll have an idea maybe check or try to find out instead of being lazy workers who open late close early and don’t care about customers cus if you hate working there as much as it appears find a new job Worst store ever

This little place has the best customer service. They are kind, efficient and helpful. Lots of services…Amazon returns, mail packages, copying, shredding and more. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and never one problem.

I have to say that I've been coming here for a while now and getting a few things done and taking care of, especially copies. I get the most phenomenal help every time I come and that is from a girl named Rachel Holl. Talking about great customer service. This girl needs to be promoted to a manager, also be a trainer, and even put in a manager position to leave the store with her personality.She is the best
