Love thrift shopping but what is up with none of these thrift stores having dressing rooms now? I understand covid was/ is a thing but come on, even stores in the mall have dressing rooms available. How am I supposed to know a pair of jeans will fit me right if I can't try them on? And if they don't, which I have gotten home and tried a pair of jeans on and they didn't fit, I can't return and get my money back , it's only store credit which means putting money back into their store. I guess that's a tactic goodwill and value village are on now. Super frustrating when you spend 20 dollars on a pair of jeans that don't end up fitting but can't return for the money back. Please for the love of baby Jesus bring back dressing rooms!!!

Doesnt look like a bomb went off on tje store. Super clean, organized and has a nice selection of items at reputable prices. Has THE BEST Halloween items.

A year ago, I loved this location. A year ago this place had nice staff, good prices, and awesome donations. Now..self checkout is a thing, the employees don't interact with you anymore and the prices in used shoes and clothing have gone up big time and the cheaper nonbrand jewelry has gone up, too. The decor pricing has stayed the same in my opinion, but that's it, really.

Our value village return policy is this 14 days for clothing and shoes only original tags and receipts and it's exchange only. So come in with the exchange and shop you can also go to all locations it doesn't have to be the same value village but anything else feel free to donate and get a 20% off. Plus sign up to earn coupons and when you spend $100.00 in the store it creates a 20% off just like donating.... Have fun thrifting with us
The one in Puyallup on river road is good size also. The VV in University place Tacoma is the smallest one I think I've ever been in

Yes, Value Village accepts furniture donations. You can drop your unwanted items at the store. There is a sign that tells you where exactly to do that at when you arrive at the site.
