always on time, I can schedule appointment and still get to work on time! Very clean, really like the staff, And my doctor listens, takes time to also hear you! Big difference!!!! It’s a bit of commute for me but well worth it!

My experiences here at NeoSpine have always been positive. The entire staff here are great. They provide excellent client service, with friendly, pleasant attitudes. The teams work together to ensure your medical journey flows in the right direction. Dr. Nwosu is my doctor. He builds a trusting relationship and explains all processes regarding my/your specific condition. If there are options, he explains each that allow you to make an honest, informed decision. Simply put, excellence with positive vibes.

I always receive great care here. The pain management team always listens to your concerns and addresses them! Dr. Wang is fantastic! She explains things very well in terms you can understand. She gave me 2 cortisone injections in my hip and I hardly felt them! NeoSpine has been very helpful to me’ I now see Joyce ARNP and she is exceptional! She has addressed my pain to the point that I can function better than I have ever been! They have a new receptionist that is cheerful and very attentive. She is very welcoming and kind. She is really a good addition to the team there! Lauren the M.A. is very kind as well. She is very good’. So yes, I definitely recommend NeoSpine to anyone with back issues!

I’ve only had one appointment at this office to date. That being said, I have had several interactions via phone and email. Each one has been met with complete professionalism and in a timely fashion. Everyone I have come in contact with has taken the time to listen to my concerns. The last two years have not been easy on anyone, especially the medical community, and this office is doing what they can to make their patients feel better during such a stressful time. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the doctors and staff at this location.

If you are going through your insurance company, it will require a prior authorization, so you have to wait for that. If it has to do with you going through neospine and being part of a program, it would depend on when the next group is going to start, and the only way of knowing that, would be to call them directly.
I would call Neospine on the phone and have them guide you through the process of setting up your patient portal.
