Sincere and simple. Helped diagnose the problem w my tv and told me to buy another one. Didn’t try to sell or sucker me into anything I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be using them for any repairs I may need.

Fantastic service and fair pricing. Andrew was great to deal with. Communicated with me every step of the way and fixed the problem with my TV quickly. Highly recommend Don's TV!

The customer service is excellent, I brought down my TV, I had a call back the next day with how to fix the issue and an estimated cost. The TV was done before the commit date and it was below the estimated cost. Andrew is a shinning example of how to provide the best customer service. I'm going to add him to my Christmas Card List!!

Unfortunately not. Most parts to replace bad parts from video game consoles cost to much

Hi I had a question, I was wondering how much would it cost to fix a 50” lg flat screen tv it’s broken from the inside. Thank you for your time!

When a flat screen gets a damaged screen 99 percent of the time a replacement screen from manufacturer would cost more than a new TV would. Only possible solution would be a used screen. For that we would need model number. Thanks for your inquiry
