My wife and kids have been sitting in the parking lot ALL DAY waiting to be seen. They are now closing in 10 minutes and the phones are already switched off. Such bad service I wouldn't rate any stars if it was an option. We will be filling a formal complaint just wanted to see if anyone else has had a like wise experience. All this for a phone interview on top of it.

My husband needed an emergency appointment today. I waited on hold to make the appointment for over an hour this morning. He left work early and drove two hours in traffic to get to his 5:30 appointment he was 2 minutes past their grace period and refused to see him. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! What a waste of time and gas money.

Dr.Zuniga failed me as a patient. She sped through me like I’m just a number not a patient. Didn’t take the time to hear me out, ignored my diagnosis and past injuries and pain. Explained medications she wanted to give does not work at all on me and it will be a waste but she insisted to give them to me anyways. And of course I been taking double the dosage and it doesn’t help. Laying here in pain and barely able to move thanks to her. Then she leaves and doesn’t come back, and I’m told by a nurse I’m discharged. She was absolutely no help to my pain and I’m left suffering until I can find someone else who will listen to me tomorrow.

As always great customer service. Within the last two weeks, someone at the front desk waited on the phone with me as I talked to a pharmacist, who claimed they had not yet received my prescription, and more recently the doctor that performed a procedure on me was very courteous, kind, and professional. He has a great sense of humor too, certainly relaxed me!
