Don't like mammograms from past bad experiences, but DIN was excellent! The technician was wonderful! She was friendly, funny and very fast! She explained everything that was needed and made sure that you were relaxed and comfortable. Best experience I've ever had!! AND it was a Saturday appointment!! ❤️ them! 😍

Diagnostic imaging NW discriminates against the disabled. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia which is a rare disabling condition where touching face, jaw, head, eye area can cause extreme pain. Diagnostic Imaging forced me to wear a mask or they would not treat me. This is discrimination and violates ADA policy. I told them of this condition and they said there are no medical exceptions, you must wear a mask. I am on SS disability and about an hour after my visit, I experienced severe TN pain from the light pressure that the mask put on my face. While I was there I noticed they had conflicting signs. One said if you have cough, fever or cold symptoms you must wear mask or WE MAY NOY TREAT YOU. Another sign said; You must wear mask or WE WILL NOT TREAT YOU. In addition to my TN disability, I also pointed out the conflicting signs about their “mask policy.” By not accommodating me both violated my Americans With Disabilities Legal Rights, and caused me great pain about an hour after my visit. The pain did not subside until later that evening. Diagnostic Imaging. NW policy is completely unacceptable, violates the law (ADA), and caused me extreme pain. Pain that l would have been avoided by simply allowing me a medial exemption to their conflicting mask policy.

Staff was nice and very professional. The only thing I would complain or change is the privacy policy, I'm in the room with a closed door, paying alot of money for an ultrasound and not aloud to take pictures or video. I understand hippa laws ect. But if the individual gives concent to film their own ultrasound they should be able to.

Hi Susanne. Thank you for your question. You can obtain a copy of your itemized statement by calling our internal billing team at (253) 680-3565. You can also request a copy of your report by submitting a request to our Medical Records team: https://www.tranow.com/for-patients/your-medical-records/.
Thank you for your question. Diagnostic Imaging Northwest does not use MyChart. If your referring provider uses MyChart, it is possible your results may be available there. Otherwise, we have a patient portal where you can easily access your results as soon as they are available. For more information or to request an account, please visit https://www.dinw.com/for-patients/patient-portal/.
I suggest that you call Diagnostic Imaging for the answer to that but I personally would recommend making an appt.
