Had a great time shopping for a bike here. I did my research and went in knowing what I was looking for. Jessica was a great rep and made the process fun. I ended up spending twice what I intended to, but when you're a big guy, there's fewer options. The shop was clean, had great displays, and prices for merch. Everyone I talked to in the shop was super friendly and didn't talk to me like I was dumb, which is appreciated. Will go back to them for all my cycling needs, kudos!

I have been waiting to buy a Trek Fx since 2015. In Feb 2022 I was able to buy a Trek Fx 3. The staff was friendly and answered all questions very well. I was helped by Raechal A. and she was great. Highly recommend the store and the folks who work here if you’re looking to buy a bike. Also +1 to the location of the store as you can test ride a bike on the green river trail.

The customer service team here is top notch. I purchased my brand new Trek Verve 3 bike with the help of Evan. Staff is very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. When I picked up my bike they did a safety test on it I made sure everything was working properly. They also took the time to attach a back rack to the bike for me which I already own for no extra charge. I rode my bike this afternoon and I can definitely tell the difference between this professional bike and the cheap one I bought at Target which kept falling apart(at least I was able to return it). The brakes and the tires as well as the gear shifting is superb. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for a high quality bike.

The website is up to date and correctly reflects our inventory. While Trek does make the 520 that runs around $1,700 and $1,900, it is not currently available. We do have Marlins and FXs that could be used for light bike packing or Touring. It is correct that Trek does not market touring or bike packing bikes below $2k save for the 520. We are happy to special order any available Trek, but wait times can vary greatly.
We have sanitizer & masks at entry. Spacing 6 feet apart and counting the # of people allowed in store at one time. Safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority!
Not sure what you mean by "flat". If you mean under inflated, then that is normal. Tires lose 1-2 psi per day. After a month, your tires will be significantly under inflated and you'll want to top off before riding. Try inflating the tires to spec on both bikes and check back in a day or two. In that short a period, you'll know if you have a puncture or not. FWIW, it would be unusual for both of you to have punctures in both of your tires from your last ride...
