We needed a motel on a busy July weekend in Duluth AmericInn accommodated us very well! Nice rooms, quiet, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was medium good, and the restaurant delivered a tasty supper for us with minimum wait time. One downfall is - no elevator - but we often use the stairs anyways. Thanks again!

I’ve stayed here quite a few times and I truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Their prices are so reasonable compared to all the hotels in Duluth and they don’t require a two night minimum stay during the summer time like most of those money hungry hotels in Duluth. I almost don’t want anyone to know about them because we’ve had such good luck with them. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

Great hotel to stay at. We have been staying here for a couple of years now and everytime it's been great. Friendly staff. They have a pool and hottub and some games for the kids as well. Super easy to get to and close to duluth for your daily adventures. Highly recommend you stay here when you come to town.

if there was a way to give it 10 stars I would. Came up to your location twice and Brooke (hope the spelling is correct) and Lindsey GM was amazing. Great customer service and warm greetings. Thank you for the great nights.
