Customer service was great, but accommodations were pretty pitiful. Floors were disgusting and sticky (both laminate and carpet).

For this last stay we had the conjoined suite with the whirlpool tubs in both rooms. These rooms both were very clean, well kept. Beds are definitely a bit on the stiff side, and judging by past experiences at other Rodeway's this is more common than not. Both whirlpool tubs worked just fine and had no issues. Did not interact with the staff other than during check in and out during this stay so I cannot technically rate that at this time. However, during my other stays at this location (which there have been several), there have never been any issues that would create a concern for me as a guest. Overall a great experience and stay.

The room that I stayed in was comfortable. It was a quiet night's sleep as long as the window is shut. Some of the pillows weren't very good (lumpy). There was a couple large black spots at the base of the toilet. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work.

the room was clean, and the location is good. the pool is permanently closed. got bedbug bites. gave us a 1 bed room for 3 of us. the receptionist lady was rude. the hallway smelled like weed.
