Positive: Americinn is a great chain with well appointed, well run hotels. Roseau is no exception. Friendly, helpful staff, Kueric coffee makers in the rooms, fluffiest towels and perfect breakfast! Book this hotel with confidence!

House Keeping could get some more training and adding some bacon at least once a week to the breakfast bar would make this great hotel go from 4 (great) stars hotel to 5 (excellent) hotel!!!! Staff is extremely relaxed and extremely happy to assist you. They are very pokite, kind, and go out of their way to help you. The girl who works the front desk until midnight is also VERY pretty & friendly, which is nice to come too after an ooen to close shift at work! Indoor pool, Hot tub/pool, a Spa, and workout room accompanied by a laundry room all on the 1st floor. Nice warm fire place as u enter into the lobby which is nice when its - 40 degrees outside.
